Collaboration with Marcin Glod

Marcin Glod is a famous Name in Vienna, celebrated for his art. I was just one of his admirers, but I was determined to change that. Attending his book presentation at the 'Kleines Haus der Kunst' was my first step in getting closer to him. I wanted to talk to him, share my own art. To my surprise, he found it fascinating!

From that point on, I became a regular at his exhibitions in the NOMZ Gallery in Vienna's city center. My love for watches was hard to miss; I often sported at least four of them, sometimes two on the left and two on the right, or perhaps four on the left and two on the right. People began to recognize me as 'Vallah23,' the Watch Guy.

While Marcin and I were engrossed in conversation during one of these gallery visits, a stranger approached us. Spotting my array of watches, they suggested, 'Why not collaborate? Your art in his watches would be brilliant.' It didn't take long for us to meet at the NOMZ Gallery and discuss the entire project. We deliberated over which art to feature and which watches to use. After much contemplation, we settled on the iconic Casio watch, a perfect fit for Marcin's modern street art style and the youthful flair of Vallah23.

The selection process lasted about three weeks, resulting in the creation of ten watches that were later unveiled at an event in his gallery.
